This is Why we're here
We do not merely prepare children for kindergarten. We nurture children for life, inviting them and their families to discover a world filled with meaning, goodness, beauty, and the love of God.
Our Vision
We envision a joyful, welcoming community where every child is known, loved, and encouraged to flourish as one created in the image of God. Through excellent early childhood education, Christian formation, and genuine relationships with families, we seek to cultivate a lasting love for learning, a sense of wonder at God's creation, and an openness to the transforming love of Jesus Christ.
Our Mission
Little Lambs Village Preschool exists to nurture the hearts, minds, and imaginations of young children through a Christ-centered education rooted in love, wonder, and discovery. In partnership with families, we cultivate curiosity, character, and a lifelong love of learning through purposeful play, meaningful relationships, and the exploration of God's truth, goodness, and beauty. As a ministry of St. Thomas Anglican Church, we warmly welcome families from all backgrounds, extending the love and hospitality of Jesus Christ to our community.
Our Welcome to You
Little Lambs Village Preschool is an expression of the mission of St. Thomas Anglican Church: To Know Christ and Make Him Known. Our Christian identity is not a marketing distinction or an optional addition to our educational program. It shapes our understanding of children, our practice of hospitality, the virtues we cultivate, and the Bible stories, prayers, songs, and celebrations that form part of everyday school life.
At the same time, we warmly welcome families from a wide variety of religious, cultural, and personal backgrounds, including families who do not identify as Christian or who have little experience of church. Families do not need to belong to St. Thomas, profess Christian faith, or participate in church activities in order to be received with care and respect at the preschool.
