Why Choose Little Lambs?
- Qualified ECE Teachers: Our teachers are passionate about educating young children. But passion alone doesn't make a good educator -- that's why all our lead teachers have degrees/certifications in Early Childhood Education (ECE). In addition, our teachers and assistants are assessed twice annually using the Classroom Assessment Scoring System® (CLASS) to ensure your child receives a quality education. All our staff are CPR/First-Aid certified. Our preschool is rated "excellent" by the Virginia Department of Education for exceeding educational quality expectations.
- Play-Centered, Holistic Approach: We use Virginia DOE-approved curriculum (Pocket of Preschool for three-year old classes and The Creative Curriculum for Kindergarten for four-year olds). We follow a play-centered, holistic learning approach in our classrooms. Learning through play ensures your child develops in an age-appropriate way across the physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual spectrum.
- Family Support: When you come to Little Lambs, you get not only an outstanding preschool, but you get a church thrown in. Our church comes alongside you to support you as you raise your children. We’re a family here at Little Lambs.

- Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9am to noon
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 9am to 3pm
4 Year Olds
- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 9am to noon
- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 9am to 3pm
4 Year Olds
- Monday through Thursday from 9am to noon
- Monday through Thursday from 9am to 3pm
4 Year Olds Jr. Kindergarten
- Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm
Before Care (8am arrival) and After Care (4pm dismissal) options are available.
Children must turn the age of the class year before Sept 30th
All Children must be fully potty-trained prior to attendance
